Toronto artist Ivy Mairi is shifting from folk to pop with a glossy new single, "Strange Love".

Ivy started to realize how a lot of who she is as a singer and songwriter couldn’t be expressed through the folk music she was previously making, so she made the jump to electro-pop. She worked with producer Kieran Adams (DIANA) on the new track as well as the additional songs on her upcoming EP Polarity, which explores the extremes of love, experience, and growing up.
